  • Good Green Box is a monthly subscription box that delivers a bunch of organic beauty samples to your door to help you discover new products to fall in love with. Boxes are available from $25 per month and if you love something from the box they have a store on their website where you can buy the full sized product.

Good Green Box sent me their latest box so I wanted to unbox it with you guys and share what's inside, as well as give my review on some of the products I've tried so far.

    Embalm Skincare Luxurious Face Cream

Happy Eyes Eye Patches with zNano Active Gold
These feel very luxurious on your face. They come quite soaked in product, and you just pop them under your under eyes for around 20 - 30 minutes to help bring some hydration and life back into that sensitive skin. I love using under eye patches, so I was a fan of these from the get-go and I was sad there was only one pair in the box.

    Amazing Oils Organic Magnesium Oil

    Amazing Oils Sports Recovery Wipe
I tried to use these wipes when I had really sore calf muscles one day. They smell a lot like heat rub which you would normally use to help soothe your muscles, though these wipes do stay completely cool. I've got to say though I'm not sure if these really helped me at all. My muscles felt a little better straight after use, but I feel that's from me massaging my muscles as I used the wipe.

    Eleos Skincare Lip Balm
I love this lip balm. Not only does have it an awesome orange scent (it smells like you could eat it), but it is super moisturising and hydrating. You don't need to apply much either.

    Uni Organics Restore Anti-Age Serum

Giovanni, Smooth As Silk, Deeper Moisture Conditioner

Samol Herbal Hair & Scalp Oil
This stuff has a very herbal, natural type scent to it that might not be to everyone's taste. I personally don't love it, but it's not so bad that I can't stand it. I put some of this all over my hair and slept with it in. It doesn't work the biggest miracle around (maybe I need to put more in) but mu hair certainly wasn't any worse off, and I'm sure your hair benefits from having a nice oil soak every now and then to counteract all the heat and crap we put through it. Also, the scent doesn't linger once you've washed it out and washed you're hair.

Adorn Lux Francis Pure White Clay
I'm a bit of a fan of this mask. Clay masks are always great for detoxing your skin, but sometimes they can be quite full-on. This mask however is quite soft and smooth for a clay mask. It dries up hard, but it's still super easy to white off and left my skin feeling clean, smooth and ready for the day.

I've always been a bit of a fan of Nivea products, and I bet most of us have used some of their stuff at one point or another. Nivea were super lovely and sent me a bunch of stuff, so I wanted to share it with you.

This stuff smells amazing; like you could eat it! Not only does it smell like candy heaven, this stuff keeps your lips super hydrated.

I brought the vanilla scented one of these a couple of years ago, and it's still going strong. So I can tell you these will last you a long time. I also love the little tin packaging of these. They're super slim, so they're perfect to take anywhere with you, and they are sturdy, which means they can take a lot and last a long time. Also the product is super hydrated and will make your lips feel perfect.

Another Nivea product fave. I'm a fan of micellar waters in general because I find them so much more gentle on my face, particularly when it comes to removing eye makeup. This product is just so refreshing and cooling to use.

I had this while I was away with me. I can confidently say this stuff will keep you protected from sunburn. The days on holiday when I was active with putting this stuff on, my skin stayed burn free. This sunscreen sinks into the skin nicely and doesn't leave you feeling overly oily or gross.

I took both of these products away with me on my recent Bali trip, and they were perfect for that travel. Bali is super hot and humid, so it's not practical to pile on normal foundation because it will just slide right off; plus these have a little sun protection which is also perfect. Both of these aren't super heavy coverage, but they certainly bring some colour to your face. I particularly loved picking up the CC (colour correcting) cream for those times I had a bit of redness from sunburn or breakouts as my skin wasn't use to the climate we were in. Considering the heat, with a bit of powder on top, both of these lasted quite well throughout the day, and because they are a lighter coverage, even when they do begin to wear off, it's not to noticeable.

What's some of your favourite Nivea products?

I'm sure we're certainly all well aware of how saturated the hair care market is with products, particularly when it comes to shampoos and conditioners; there's products for all different hair types claiming to work all sorts of wonders. I certainly haven't tried them all (and I doubt I ever could), but I wanted to share my thoughts on a couple I have to hopefully make your search for the best hair care products for you easier.

Aside from producing awesome shampoo and conditioners, the latest range of Herbal Essences products offer something a little different that is a lot practical. Herbal Essences found that 62% of Australian women won't buy a shampoo or conditioner if they can't give it a wiff first, and quite frankly I don't blame them. However around 89% aren't sure what the rules are when it comes to being able to smell products, though 51% think that cracking open the cap on a product to give it smell probably goes against healthy and safety regulations. However Herbal Essences want to curb this confusion, encouraging us to give the cap a responsible crack before we buy so we can find out just what their products smell like. Obviously this gives you free reign to go out and smell for yourself, but seeing as you're here I may as well tell you this range has a tropical, coconut scent that screams summer is here!

Most of us know of Head & Shoulders for being the brand to turn to if you have dandruff problems. I personally don't have any dandruff issues, so I've never really thought to pick up and try any of their range, but I still found myself loving it after they generously sent me a couple of bottles. Yes they're a brand that tackle the issue of dandruff, but their latest 3 Action Scalp Care range also aims to give your hair a good cleanse and ensure it's fully hydrated and moisturised while also protecting against dandruff.

For any coloured blondes out there who love their beachy waves, considering checking out this range. The shampoo will clean out all the product and dirt from your hair while giving it a protective boost against heat damage. The conditioner then hydrates and nourishes your hair and scalp, to make your locks easy to comb, style and be prepped to look like effortless beach curls. Also, both products have a super fresh, minty smell that will wake up you and your hair and leave you feeling super cool and clean.
