  • Cool Shit: Sweat Roulette

I've always been into exercise and trying to keep fit. This year and the last few months of the previous year, I've been making a real effort to do a good lot of exercise each day, including actually lifting some weights, which if you know me and the serious lack of upper body strength I've always struggled with, that is a big step. Anyway every now and then I just have a day where I can feel my body doesn't want to hit the gym and do a serious gym sesh, but, unless I'm seriously aching all over, I do like to try and do something, usually cardio. Recently I've come across a website that helps me get a home cardio workout in with little to no effort on my part. It's called Sweat Roulette. Basically you load the page and click 'Let's Do This'. The website will then give you a new workout to do every 20 - 40 seconds, with a little break in between each. The aim is to just go for as long as you can, and when you've had enough you click 'I'm Done' and it will tell you how many rounds you've lasted for. I'm assuming it's only new because it doesn't have a major variety of exercises as of yet, but I can see real potential in this website, and I really hope they keep adding to it and growing it.

Some of the current exercises are:
    1. High Knees
    2. Star Jumps
    3. Burpees
    4. Side Plank
    5. Plank
    6. Push Up
    7. Sit Up
    8. Squats
I've only done it  a few times, and the longest I've latest is 35 rounds.

If you're reading this I really encourage you to give it a go and let me know what you think of it and how many rounds you latest for.
