  • Fenty Beauty x Sephora Charlestown Opening

Last Saturday saw Sephora finally make its way to the Hunter and open its doors at Charlestown Square. I was lucky enough to be one of the few people selected to get in the doors an hour before anyone else, as well as receiving a 20% off voucher, which was something I had to take advantage of because anyone who knows Sephora knows they never do sales! The entry of Sephora means so many bigger brands are finally accessible in our area, including Kat Von D, so you know I had to grab me that Tattoo Liner, especially since my favourite Models Prefer Samantha Jade liner is no longer made.

The other major thing I was hoping would be in store with the Fenty Beauty range from Rihanna, which has just been released the night before. Luckily they had rows upon row dedicated to it, so you know I had to grab a few pieces from that to, though I really wanted to grab one of everything. First off, everything is actually quite affordable, and from testing pretty much all the products while I was there, I can tell you they are are certainly worth the money. I also love the packaging, especially the boxes the products come in. I grabbed myself the Gloss Bomb, which is her current lip gloss. Lip gloss isn't something I ever usually grab for myself, but I was told about how it amazing it was, and how it wasn't sticky like most, so I figured I'd give it a go, and I love it! I actually wore it out that same night. I love layering it over any nude coloured lipstick I'm wearing to give my lips a plump and luscious look.

My other Fenty Beauty purchase was one of the Kilowatt Freestyle Highlighter Duos in Mean Money/Hu$lta Baby. The pigment and highlight these give is insane! The range shades also means you can pick something depending on whether you like your highlighter to blind the person standing next to you, or prefer something a bit more subtle.
