  • It's Time to take a break

You may have noticed recently that my posts on the blog and my Instagram haven't been as frequent as they once were. It's because I've decided to take a bit of a break, or more correctly, cut back on creating and posting content on here.

I've been content creating for a number of years now, and while I certainly still love it, life has changed a lot since I began. I've gone from working casual, freelance to full time, I've gone from studying two undergraduate degrees to a Masters, I've moved houses numerous times and I've chopped my hair off and have fake eyebrows.

Jokes aside, there's a lot going on at the moment, and while I've always been someone to keep myself busy, having a job that requires your attention from 9 to 5 for five days of the week and then having to come home and work on my Masters if I don't fall asleep, first is chewing up a lot of time and not leaving me much spare time for just me, let alone also creating content for the Internet. Not to mention that most of my weekends up until Christmas are filled and weekends are usually when I find the time to create. I found that even when I was trying to be social or just chill out, I was always still thinking about all the things I needed to do and maybe should be doing, and after a while it just gets exhausting and I realised something had to give - and this is what I choose.

So while I'm certainly not saying goodbye, just except to see me a little less. As the new year rolls around and I can finally say goodbye to my masters and studying (at least for now) I'm hoping some spare time will open itself back up again and I'll be able to come back on a more frequent and regular basis. But until then, see you when I see you.x.
