If I could wear a t-shirt and jeans everyday I would. I've been wearing these vintage Levis non-stop which I picked up from local vintage store Cream on Vintage. They have a relaxed mum-jean fit which makes them super comfortable. I've also recently become a belt person and picked up this classic looking one from Hunted Clothing Co. To further bring in the vintage vibe, I recently purchased this Dickies crop tee from Glue.

If I'm not wearing statement boots then you can bet that it'll be my jacket instead. The minute I saw this jacket from Glamourous I just knew I had to have it. It's pretty loud and draws plenty of eyes, but it is absolutely perfect to pair with the plainest of outfits and look like you've put plenty of thought into styling. I've just paired it this stripe mesh bodysuit from Rosegal and a classic pair of black, high waisted skinny jeans.

People talk about double denim, but what about double leather? I love me an all black outfit, so bringing together these leather pieces with some grey tones is something I'm all about.

I think when it comes to the double leather look, you can't be sporting to much obviously fake, cheap looking leathers/pleathers; none of this vinyl, likely to peel after three washes stuff. I've paired these faux leather pants from H&M (similar) with this genius leather motorbike-equse jacket from NEUW.

While the leather may be the furthest thing from real, it's something you can instantly spot when you look and feel these pants. The pleather isn't shiny but has a matte finish, and the pants themselves have a decent thickness to them. I also love that their a straight leg, because I feel that sometimes skin-tight leather or pleather pants just add to the cheap looking vibe; not to mention it's not the most comfortable.

When I picture what a leather biker jacket should be, this NEUW jacket is what I envision; to me it's the epitomny of biker leather jackets. While most jackets that call themselves biker jackets would tear through to the skin in seconds if you ever truely wore one while riding a motorbike and hit the dirt, I have no doubt this jacket would actually keep you safe. The leather is real and super thick, which its a decent weight and is quite stiff to move in at first, but the more you wear it the more it begins to give. I sized up in mine to give that classic oversized look I always love (so I always have the option to hide any food babies) and I just know this is one of those pieces I'll have in my wardrobe for the rest of my life and will probably stand the test of time to be handed down to my next generation.

I've thrown it together with this Union Jack t-shirt which I've had from Zara for years and brought over in Europe before Zara even landed on Australian shores. I have to say for a piece that would probably be classed as fast fashion, I have been extremely impressed with how this shirt has held up. The print has always been faded and the shirt always super soft and it has neither faded any further or lost its shape or structure. The fit and sizing of this top is exactly how I wish all relaxed style t-shirts would.

When I put together some of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe at the moment, this is what I get.

My newest and latest obsession has been these leopard print pants which I brought from Sunshine Dreamer and are from the brand Reverse. As soon as I saw these I was in love, so I grabbed a pair in my size as soon as they were back in stock. I've been loving a good statement pant at the moment (probably thanks to the cold weather here; can I go one blog post without mentioning it...). They just make any outfit go from Plain Jane to rock goddess in an instant, and you don't even really have to try with the rest of your outfit.

I've paired it with this denim vest with an awesome embroidered detail on the back from Riders by Lee. I'm not really a big vest person, but if I'm going to own and wear a vest, this is the one. I really want to start experimenting with more ways to wear this.

I've then got this Nirvana top (typical) which I brought from Factorie over a year ago, so while this one in particular may no longer be in stock, it's certainly not hard to track down some sort of tee with a Nirvana print on it (trust me I've been tempted to buy them all).

Lastly I've got the one hat I can bring myself to wear, my Baker Boy hat from Stoned Saint Moon. While I still struggle to feel completely comfortable it in, I certainly can't go past it when I haven't washed my hair for a couple of days but I've got a coffee date to head to.

These were the overalls I didn't know I needed until I saw them in the store. I don't own anything else like this in my closet, but as soon as I tried them on I knew these had to come home with me. I picked this up from TKMaxx, which usually doesn't lend itself to unique styles of clothing, but I haven't seen a piece like this around since. The buckles on these can be a little annoying as they like to come undone sometimes, but otherwise the material of these is super soft but also heavy and beautiful quality. I've paired it with a crop from Third Form which I got for a bargain during a flea sale at The Lair.

I have been dying to add a pair of camo pants to my wardrobe since the trend took off. While they are in abundance online, I always struggled to find some instore for me to try on to be sure they weren't going to look ridcuiulsy baggy and unflattering on me. So when I saw this pair from Ava and Ever in City Beach, I didn't even hesitate to pick up a pair and head straight to the change rooms. The second I put these on I knew these were going to become my go-to pants for the winter. The tighter fit around the waist means they give a flattering shape, they're comfy as hell and the pattern means your outfit instantly goes from nothing to something with no effort. I've worn these at least once every weekend since I've got them and they're going to be the centre piece for my next festival outfit. Here I've paired them with this top I brought from Cotton On and cropped myself and this gun-metal grey chain necklace to add a grunge, but a little glam, to the look. All I want to do now is buy more cargo pants to add to my wardrobe to wear all winter long.

You know when you just walk into a store and you have to have the clothing item hanging on the rack; that was my reaction when I saw both this t-shirt dress in Cotton On and this pleather jacket from Arrow and Sol . These two clothing items scream me, and even more so when I pair them together. I've also added this bag from The Lair; this was my first ever bag purchase from them, and even after a couple of years of use it's still standing strong and I still love it.

Of course I only decided to jump on the bandwagon of fedoras and rimmed hats as summer began to come to a close. I've never been a big hat wearer, so I thought picking up this inexpensive one from Zaful would be the perfect way to slowly introduce myself to them. While I haven't had a whole lot of chances to wear it and the felt look (which I didn't read close enough before clicking 'add to cart' to notice) isn't really my style, I think fedoras and hats in general are starting to grow on me.

My outfit consists of this denim look, frayed, wrap skirt from Rosegal, which I love. It has one other button option so you can have it not so tight, though I find it doesn't sit quite right when you wear it on that option. I love the detail on this, but do be wary if wearing this in windy conditions that it doesn't blow open on you. With that I have this long sleeved crop from Zaful. Long sleeved tops aren't something I usually go for because I feel to restricted; if I'm needing something to keep warm I usually just pair my outfit with some sort of jacket or coat. I loved the little black trimming on this and the slight flare to the sleeves as well. It is quite cropped, so I prefer to wear this with something high waisted, but the biggest plus in my book is, despite it being white, it's not see through!

In terms of accessories, I've just got this layered number from Zaful. The necklaces do come seperate so you could wear them individually or with other pieces. Despite being simple I think they're the perfect length for adding that little touch of something to outfit. Lastly, we have these earrings from Rosegal which I'm obsessed with! I usually stay away from gold, but I love these so much the gold doesn't even bother me and I love the swirl/ring design.
